Goals 'n Rewards (6/14/10)

This is where the fun starts. First, I should start off that I'm putting down my first race as a goal, even though it's already come and gone. Why? Because I haven't rewarded myself for anything I've done yet. So, I'll be doing that next weekend. :)

The goals below are kind of weird, but there are reasons behind them. Below 200 pounds is an obvious one. I don't want to be considered 200 pounds anymore. It's tiring and depressing. 194 is the lowest weight I've been as an adult...so getting below 190 is going to be a HUGE milestone for me. You get the idea...

Run a 5K race. Reward: treat myself to a great new haircut and color. CHECK!
Get below 200 pounds. Reward:  clean the fat clothes out of my closet and get a manicure.
For every week you complete a full week of workouts, Reward: a manicure.
Get below 190 pounds. Reward:  Sign up for yoga classes.
Get to your happy weight and size (unknown). Reward: shopping spree and a hot new navel piercing.
Run a half marathon. Reward: a vacation with my family.
